- What happens to reviews when someone leaves?
- The reviews they collected while with you stay on your team page and in your widgets. They keep them on their own profile too. A review only comes down if the client deletes it, the person hides their profile or closes their account, or it’s removed after a report.
- Whose reviews are they?
- Clients write them about the person who helped them, so they sit on that person’s profile and go with them. Your team page shows the ones collected while they were with you.
- Do my staff need to pay?
- The annual team fee is all the company pays. Each person on the team can choose to have either Free Forever or Pro Unlimited, their choice.
- Can managers read private feedback?
- No. Private feedback only goes to the person who was reviewed. Your team dashboard shows public reviews.
- We have more than one email domain. Can everyone join?
- Yes. Add each domain by verifying an email on it. Staff on any of them can join your team.
- Does it work with our proposals and CRM?
